International trade is the exchange of goods and services across international border. In many countries cross trade makes contribution towards gross domestic product (GDP).

Trading helps consumers and countries globally and gives the opportunity to be exposed to international markets.

Almost every kind of product can be found in the international market: food, clothes, spare parts, oil, jewelry, wine, stocks, currencies, and water.
When a product is sell in the international market, it is termed as Export whereas Import is the purchase of product from the international market. Imports and exports are both accounted as the balance of payments of a respective country's current account.
